Job Title

1 Trainee (12 months programme) for Debt. Capital Market Department within SOCIETE GENERALE CORPORATE & INVESTMENT BANKING (“SG CIB”) SG Securities Korea. This program is expected to commence as early as possible.



Monthly Salary is 2,500,000 (KRW)

SG in Korea

SG opened a branch in 1983 through which it offers a full range of debt, advisory and corporate banking services. Dealing with the top local companies, its primary focus is structured financing, as well as market operations - Foreign Exchange or interest rates.


Job Description


  • Provide business support to the Korea DCM team in respect of the entire DCM product range
  • Develop in-depth understanding of DCM products and utilize this skill set in supporting marketing efforts of the team
  • Support debt capital markets transactions with report to local head of the team, support documentation and marketing material presentation
  • Organize and write daily macroeconomic and financial market updates
  • Analyze global capital markets and create marketing materials based on focus of the team
  • Build strong relationship with local/global DCM team members and syndicates
  • Support clients’ ad-hoc requests
  • Overlook KYC / KYS process 





  • Undergraduate student remaining one semester before graduation (Preferred)
  • Major in Business Administration (Preferred)
  • Relevant work experience and interest in pursuing a professional career in the Banking/Finance industry
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Korean
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Effective communications and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Team Player
