Hello, my friend.
I am delighted to be able to bring you new news. This update has 3 changes.
1. Hirediversity Apply System.
There is a hard point in order to apply to Korean companies.
You have to write a "자기소개서" and join a KOREAN job search site.
And most of the information requested by Korean job sites are not suitable for foreigners.
We have created a "Hirediversity Apply System" to solve this problem.
If you find "apply@hirediversity.club" in "How to apply", you should be glad.
Because it means that the company adopt "Hirediversity Apply System"
The advantage of this system is
1. You do not have to make "자기소개서" and other things not suitable for foreigners.
2. Companies that use this system are willing to hire foreigners very much.
(Maybe you can have a much better chance to be hired)
3. More and more companies are asking us for "recommendation", and this system will be the beginning.
2. Community
The reason we make "Community" is because of the HR staff's needs.
HR representatives want to communicate with potential applicants,
but there is currently no method to communicate with foreign applicants.
It's sad.
