Job Description
Damiin is a leading cosmetics and skincare company, owner of different 
beauty brands as RNW, IM UNNY, YKA, KTW, etc.
Beyond a beauty company, we aim at presenting a healthy beauty,

beauty. At Damiin, we believe in each individual's uniqueness. 

As an E-commerce Specialist at Damiin, you are an expert in online 
sales strategies, an expert in operating different e-commerce platforms 
including amazon, shopee, lazada, q10 and the various platforms used 
to conduct digital sales or conversions. Your Missions are to maximize 
sales, traffic, expand sales channels and build strong, solid relationships 
with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operation of the e-commerce platform.
-Day-to-day management of all the e-commerce operations 
[amazon, shopee, lazada, q10], (returns, exchange, payments, 
customer contact, stock availability,..)
Daily monitoring and update of all the products and content on 
the e-commerce platform.
-Customer management: managing relationship with customer 
(mail, message, complaints, etc)

2. Campaign planning, sales strategy.
-Assisting in developing sales strategy, sales channel and 
expanding market.
-Planning and executing campaigns on each platform to drive 
sale, traffic.


3. Optimising.
-Analyze data, report, track ROI of campaign, contents, 
advertisement to improve traffic / sales / KPI's / content / 
customer experience.

4. Digital marketing.
-Advertising: Conduct, optimise advertising on each platform to 
improve sales, traffic. Follow up and Coordinate with Media 
campaign (display ad, sales event, etc)
-Develop and manage the e-commerce marketing calendar to 
deliver e-commerce monthly and annual sales.
-SEO: implementation of SEO best practices, optimize product 
listing, improve listing ranking.
-Ensure that the e-commerce website activities are in line with the 
local and international marketing plan
-Coordinate this with the marketing, design and PR 

5. Reporting. 
Weekly, monthly, quarterly analysis of sales / traffic and reporting on 
central KPI’s and any other statistics.


Job Requirement Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in the equivalent coursework (marketing, 
business, economic, etc)
-More than 2 years of eCommerce experience
-Interest in the beauty industry & career advantage
-Must have a good understanding of all aspects of selling online, 
operating e-commerce platforms.
-Deep understanding of e-commerce customer insight, each 
ecommerce platform regulations, skilled in using different tools to 
analyze data, report, keyword, competitor to improve sales and 
customer experiences (ex: ahrefs, helium10).
-Excellent in planning and managing skills. 
-Team player who is excited for an opportunity to learn and thrive 
within a fast-growing company
-Openly communicates and collaborates with team members, 
Takes initiative and is self-aware, self-monitoring and selfcorrecting
-Proper English skills for business communication in speaking and 
-Be able to communicate in Korean is a plus.
-Must resident in Korea
