POSITION PURPOSE/SUMMARY OF ROLE

To manage implementation of visual merchandising in any Aesop environments from public such as stores and counters to private such as office as well any occasion where Aesop Logo appears at Aesop standard. To understand and translate guidelines from HO and work out and guide solutions for successful implementations. To work closely with the Regional Visual Merchandising Managers, providing support and local understanding of the markets while understanding overall Aesop culture, values, brand and creative standards plus new opportunities for 3 dimensional executions as brand expression.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Visual Merchandising

·         Creatively develop VM concepts in line with Global VM guidelines and implement VM displays in Aesop stores and counters as well as Korea Head Office

·         Plan for proper procurement, creation, installation and delivery of props for visual merchandising of all relevant stores and counters as well as storage after campaigns

·         Prepare regular VM recap reports and meeting materials

·         Co-work with Marketing associate for in-store & partnership occasions

·         Share guidelines for VM change, prop usages with all related parties

·         Work collaboratively with retail managers and counter managers

·         Communicate effectively within Marketing team and Regional visual merchandising manager

 

Qualification

·       Above Bachelor’s degree

·       At least 6 years of working experience in visual merchandising or designing career

·       Business Proficiency in both written and verbal English

·       Experience as interior/furniture/3D designer, or curator preferred

·       Be an active team member by demonstrating a willingness to help and support others
