Job Description

We are currently seeking a Desktop Publishing Specialist to join our pitch and presentation support team who provide dedicated service to ensure documents/presentations are highly professional, accurate and present a consistent J.P. Morgan format globally. You will be responsible for creating pitches, document and graphics in a fast paced environment where customer service and attention to details is vital. The successful candidate must be open to taking on additional responsibilities such as training, consultancy and projects

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately creating or enhancing client pitch books and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and in-house software, within the allocated timeframe in line with specific formatting and layout standards
  • Advising bankers on layout, colours and design of pitchbooks and best output for print
  • Overseeing any discrepancies or areas of ambiguity in client data and seek appropriate guidance as directed (contact banker)
  • Some advanced graphics/design work (such as client covers, client templates, e-invites, posters, etc)
  • Utilizing internal workflow system to track work processed
  • Participating in global initiatives such as document audit process, systems testing, etc and adhere to department and company procedures and policies
  • Working with global offshore teams and providing support as needed
  • Banker training on MS suite and in-house software and adhoc admin duties, as well as working closely with manager to ensure optimal service delivery

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduates (Bachelor or Master) with not more than 2 years of relevant experiences preferred
  • Business Administration or Economics major preferred
  • Previous work experience in Banking 
  • Experienced in working with and helping Investment bankers by producing quality work in a timely fashion. Build trust and rapport with clients by being a strong subject matter expert
  • Proven experience in translation and or people management will be an advantage 
  • Experience in desktop publishing, word processing, document formatting
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe CC software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Has a can do attitude, strong time management skills and proven ability to effectively produce work and prioritise workload
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong English/Korean communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be flexible towards working hours
