PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

 

Lead sales in assigned channels/categories with the support of Sr. manager eCommerce to deliver strong performance in buying, planning and trading for official online store (eCommerce, eTail) and emarketplace

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage all buying activities related to responsible category or brand and range selection during GMM/GBC/Trade meetings every season for own.com and emarketplace  
  • Collaborates with retail and brand teams and group function partners to position key stories and product, in line with on-line business and company’s strategic vision
  • Responsible for ranging product category breadth and assortment by eCom channel to deliver financial and range efficiency targets ( i.e.Buying budget, Sell-thru, category shares, Stock-turn and Net margin targets)
  • Mange business planning, in-season management, pricing, stock and trading decisions for own.com
  • Handover range and forecasts at agreed timelines to ensure timely POs ( Pre-Season)
  • Management of phasing & giving timely signals to Demand planning to pursue replenishment/re-order of fast moving articles ( In-Season)
  • Supports full-price & off-price decisioning to maximize sell-thru & inventory usage
  • Deliver and manage proper actions to increase KPIs for assigned sales channels based on
    regular KPI analysis
  • Manage sales events for assigned channel by supporting preparation to ensure smooth   
    operation of the events
  • Plan and adjust the detailed buying budget of next season aligning with sales target under the global timelines
  • Review and analysis trading results overseeing daily digital sales and monitor consumer responses by tracking digital KPIs such as traffic, orders, conversion rate, AOV and returns

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

 

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Structured, organised and process orientated
  • Attention to detail as error in analysis will have crucial impact to business
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
  • Ability to catch the trend in field and apply on right time
  • Able to work as team as well as to contribute independently

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales are preferred
  • Merchandising/Trading experience:  min. 5 years
  • E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
