Smilegate Megaport is looking to hire one new person for customer service and localization work. Our target language at this time is English. For more information about this position, please see below.|
 

Position:

• Customer Service and Translation

 

Contract Length:

• 1 year with the possibility to extend

 

Responsibilities:

• Check and manage information regarding issues with player community, game errors, and suggestions

• Reply to customer questions

• Translate community posts from Korean

• Translate game contents/review game contents

Requirements:
• Fluency in English

• TOPIK 4 or higher
 

Preferences:

• Customer service experience

• Spanish or Portuguese language ability
 

Details:

• Location: Pangyo Techno Valley

• Hours: 9-6, Monday-Friday

• Pay: From 2900만원

• Contract Length: 1 Year

• Lunch Provided

• Company Gym

• Ability to work legally in South Korea. (F-Visa, ability to receive an E-7 visa, or South Korean Citizenship)
