Position: Sales 1 (Services) – Entry Level

 

Job description

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Prospect, consult and sell services to all accounts in Korea;

·         Work with your prospects to learn their business, understand their needs and determine how the SDL software and services can best address their issues;

·         Engage with prospective clients to position software and services via electronic and face-to-face customer meetings;

·         Develop strategic territory plan to sign new services customers and hit your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets. You must be comfortable with making numerous outbound calls daily;

·         Quarterback team selling environment – leverage available resources including solution consulting, professional services, marketing, industry experts and management.

 

Requirements:

 

·         Hunter mentality with demonstrated success sourcing leads, qualifying opportunities and closing deals;

·         Experience with Sales preferred.

·         Must be fluent English speaker (Mandatory);

·         Tenacious and extremely results driven. You want to be at the top of the leader board and hate losing. We are looking for quota killers, not quota achievers;

·         Experience selling to senior management at mid-market-sized accounts;

·         Demonstrated aptitude in acquiring/applying industry expertise successfully in sales cycles;

·         Someone who has been recognized for his/her performance and received additional responsibilities and/or promotions;

·         Very strong communication and presentation skills;

·         You care about creating value for your customer and turning them into happy and reference able clients.

 

MUST-HAVE

·         Bachelor and/or Master degree

·         Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Korean (Mandatory)

·         Strong presentation skills (written and verbal)

·         1~2 years of relevant experience in solution selling and business development (Optional)

·         A true marketer - understands integrated marketing levers, customer centric; detail-oriented along with strong analytical skills and business acumen ;

·         Strong negotiating and influencing skills

·         Can do attitude, quick learner, independent and self-motivated

·         International mind set and or educated overseas or worked in multi-national company
